The Scottsdale Luxury Real Estate Market has continued to see rising prices. Up $650,000 in average home prices from this time last year.

The average number of days for a home to be on the market has gone from 124 days in February of 2020 to 81 days in February of 2021, a 34% decrease.

The number of available units sold is 296 which is a 28% increase from this time last year. The number of active listings is 400 which is lower than this time last year.

The Scottsdale market all together is up 8.9% from last year for a median listing price of $689,500 according to realtor.com. The average price per square foot in Scottsdale was $316 in February and there was a median sale price of $630,000
