Kelly Jones is a dynamo. My husband and I met her at an open house and loved her energy and charm. We knew right away that this lady was the one to help us with our home search and with selling our then current home. Her goal is not to sell you a house but to find you a home you love. She told us, “if I have to sell you on this house, it’s not for you and we keep looking.” She is in real estate because she loves working with people and looking at houses. Kelly’s not the kind of agent who is just after the paycheck, she wants her clients to be happy, very happy.
Kelly is patient and will wait until you get that “feeling” when you walk in a house and you just know, or she can tell by your expression that this is the house for you. She loves taking her clients to look at houses, it’s one of her favorite things to do. After your time looking at homes, she will take you to lunch or happy hour to talk about what you saw. She wants to know exactly what you liked or didn’t like about the houses you saw. That way she can really understand what you are looking for and she searches for that home. She gives you tools to help with your home search and is always available to talk to.
When she helped us sell our home, she knew what she was doing. She knew the area and what kind of houses were selling and what was not. She knew precisely what needed to be done to update our home without spending too much money to get the most out of it. And she was right, we were able to get what we invested in our home and then some. We would have come away with much less if we had not listened to her suggestions.
